Monthly Wrap-up

Monthly Wrap-Up (May 2020)

Sorry my wrap-up is a bit late but I’ve been using my time this week to support #BlackLivesMatter and using my media platforms to promote and educate. I will be continuing to do this and I’m hoping we will all be making a difference.

So just a quick post to share what I read last month and anything new I have been doing in the Bookish community.

Books I read this month
I had an even better reading month than April which I honestly didn’t think could happen. I read 21 books! Which is the most I have ever read in a single book and I honestly don’t think I could ever read that much again. I had a lot of 5 star reads, however I also unfortunately had a lot of lower ratings this month. My favourite read was probably The Silent Patient. It was an amazing read! You can read my review here.

5 star reads
– Viper by Bex Hogan
– The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides
– Percy Jackson and The Lightening Thief by Rick Riordan
– Percy Jackson and The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan
– Percy Jackson and The Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan
– Percy Jackson and The Titan’s Curse by Rick Riordan
– Percy Jackson and The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan
– Blood Moon by Lucy Cuthew

4 star reads
– Where We Belong by Anstey Harris
– A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson
– The List by Carys Jones
– Midnight’s Twins by Holly Race
– Kill ‘Em All: A True Story by Ryan Green

3 star reads
– The Boyfriend Project by Farrah Rochon
– Cinderella is Dead by Kalynn Bayron
– Again Again by E.Lockhart
– The Stranger Beside Me by Ann Rule

2 star reads
– The Jane Austen Dating Agency by Fiona Woodfield
– Sisters by Michelle Frances
– The Time Machine by H.G.Wells

1 star reads
– Northanger Abbey by Val mcDermid

What I’ve achieved in the bookish world this month
1) I have signed up to a lot of Blog Tours so look out for them over the next few months!
2) I won a lot more giveaways!
3) I have started receiving physical copies to photograph and review
4) I am a part of the Daisy Book club and we have our first month read in June. Really looking forward to this!
